I coach team-members in attributes such as resilience and adaptability in order to increase productivity and creativity. Nothing can compare with the sense of achievement from watching someone’s confidence flourish after being stretched outside their comfort zone. The endless possibilities of the digital world fascinate me since I built my first desktop PC with spare parts. And at the same time, this is also the big struggle for many startups, large corporations and myself included: When everything is possible, what should I focus on? I thrive with these questions and answer them through rapid experimentation, design thinking, and true customer obsession.
