Motorcycle giant Harley Davidson launches e-bikes in the Netherlands
While some people may feel the need for speed, others might be very comfortable travelling on two wheels without an engine - to each their own. But for those who are unable to deny the allure of the infamous Harley Davidson bikes, the motorcycle manufacturer is now offering a much more eco-friendly (and budget-friendly) alternative: Harley Davidson e-bikes!
Hit the road on the brand new Harley Davidson e-bike
Last autumn, the motorcycle giant unveiled their very first e-bike model, Serial 1, jumping on the cycling bandwagon that has seen e-bikes explode in popularity over the past year. After months of waiting, the e-bikes officially launched in the Netherlands this month.
There are three different models, with prices ranging from 3.499 to 4.699 euros. Feel the wind in your hair - or your helmet, as the case may be - as the bikes reach speeds of up to 25 kilometres per hour.
Named after the brand's very first motorcycle, Serial 1 is sure to turn some heads as, while it might not be as fast as their other bikes, Harley Davidson’s new e-bikes still feature their iconic logo.
