Just for this holiday season, the Lindenhoff butchers have dry-aged a limited amount of their signature Simmental entrecôte (sirloin steak) and côte de boeuf (bone-in ribeye) for no less than 100 days to create something truly special: dark red, beautifully marbled and wonderfully tender beef that is bursting with flavour.
