Grape harvesting is a time for celebration

During grape harvesting periods, vineyard owners and wine farmers celebrate the fact that the grapes have been successfully collected and, therefore, the wine process can begin. It may not be harvest time in the Netherlands, but let’s celebrate the grape harvest together at the Centrale Markthallen. This edition will focus on the wines of South Africa, Argentina and New Zealand in particular.

Amsterdam Wine Festival coincides with harvest times across the wine-producing regions of the world. Therefore, wines of the Southern Hemisphere are featured in the spring edition each year, and wines of the Northern Hemisphere are featured in the autumn / winter edition.
