- The place is newly renovated and aimed to service international students and make their stay hassle-free
- Everything is included in the price: i-net / cleaning / taxes / all gas / electricity bills etc.
We aim to rent out for 11 months minimum (fixed period from 7/8 or 15/8 until 15/7 minimum)
