Cosy room for rent located in the center of Rotterdam.
The property is located in the center of Rotterdam (5 min to Central Station by bike) at the Beukelsdijk 120C.
There are three separated fully furnished rooms situated on one floor (third).
There is a kitchen (shared) with all kitchen appliances,: dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer etc. There is 1 toilet (shared), 1 bathroom (shared), costs are incl. cleaning of general space every two weeks. A living room with table and sofa's with tv. Strong wifi.
Public transport:
Rotterdam Central Station is a 15 minute walk or 5 minutes with bus (bus-stop in front of the door). Metro's, bus and tramlines to Erasmus University (35 min) and Erasmus MC (10 min) are located close by.
Registration at municipality is possible.
The monthly rent plus service fee (75EUR) (energy, internet, furnishing etc) is 525 EUR total (all bills included).
A mandatory administration fee of 250EUR has to be paid when you move in.
