After a hard day’s work or study you will like to come back in a wonderfully light and spacious apartment. We wish to give you that personal touch in service and communication. The apartment is privately owned. Is it important to know who the owners are of the accommodation you are going to rent? Of course! You correspond with our landlady, Esther. During your stay she will be your direct contact for pleasant and unpleasant affairs.

We offer you a very quiet, cozy, safe and nice place to stay.The architect-designed interior features white, grey, dark blue and light colored wood in modern Scandinavian style. You can count on modern facilities like free Wi-Fi, city bikes, intercom, flat screen smart TV, working desks with printer, hairdryer, dishwasher and washing machine incl. dryer. All rooms offer floor-to-ceiling windows and lots of storage space.

You will sleep in a light and spacious 20 m2 private bedroom with a king size bed (1.60 x 2.00), anti-allergy bedding, spacious cupboards, a wardrobe and a private study desk. The central heating in the room has a separate heating point. Besides a quiet living room with lounge sofa you can stay comfortable in the spacious dining room with a table for six or more. The kitchen connects the living room with the dining room and is fully furnished and equipped with every practical item possible: refrigerator, microwave/oven, freezer, juicer, dishwasher, Senseo and espresso coffee machine. From the living room you look through a large window to the French balcony and the courtyard of the complex. The staircase leads into the hallway with a pantry. Here are a wardrobe with a large cupboard and shoe storage, the stepladder, iron with ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils. In the locked shed outside you will find several city bikes to use.

Conveniently situated near major public transportation, it is only a 20-minute bike ride from down town Rotterdam, to the Erasmus University and even less to the Hogeschool Rotterdam/Codarts or the business centre of Rotterdam. There are also many local cafes, bakery, restaurants and bars and a shopping mall within only 200 m of the apartment.

Please keep in mind that we only rent the apartment fully furnished. So you should only bring your clothes and some personal things. The apartment is more than complete; you can't bring any furniture or change anything in the apartment.
