Great apt at the waterside, in the area Coolhaven. Nearby 2 metro stations and the shopping street Nieuwe Binneweg. In the area you find a cute coffee place, wine bar and restaurant The Machinist as well as yoga and sport clubs. Top floor (4th). The apt. is available for a total of 3 girls. One room is taken by a Dutch student (21) and the other 2 rooms are preferably rented out to foreign students. You share a big living, kitchen, large sunny balcony, the bathroom and a separate toilet. Utilities are not included. They will be calculated per month and the actual costs will be charged per following month. The average costs per summer month are around 30 euro, but in winter months, depending on the weather, can be around 150-180 euro. Making the average per semester: around 100 euro per month.
