The apartment is located next to tramline 7, 24 and the metro station Gerdesiaweg, so it will only take you a few minutes to reach the city center. The apartment is 1.7 km away from the Erasmus University Rotterdam and only a 5-10 minute bike ride or a 20 minute walk.

Shopping centre Lusthofstraat and supermarket Albert Heijn XL are in walking distance, approximately a five minute walk away. Nearby are the beautiful Kralingse Bos, Kralingse Plas and Oude Haven.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer and oven, dishwasher, electric water kettle, gas stove and various kitchen wares. At the shared dining space provided with a dining table and chairs, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner together or alone.

Deposit is 2 months rent and should be paid within 48 hours after contract signed.
A one off final cleaning fee 180 Euro to be paid when move in.
A one off administration fee 200 Euro to be paid directly after booking.
