The "Hart van Zuid" which is currently under redevelopment includes the Zuidplein and Ahoy shopping center. You will now find plenty of cozy eateries here and Zuidplein is home to all major fashion brands, including 2 large supermarkets.
The Carnisselaan also has a good connection to Rotterdam Noord. You can reach the Maastunnel within a few minutes by bike. You can cycle to Rotterdam Noord in 10 minutes via this tunnel, where you can enjoy the bustling center of Rotterdam.

- It is mandatory to take a liability- and contents insurance when the property is furnished. Estimation: +/- €10 p.m.
- Monthly contribution to municipal taxes: €17.00 p.m.
- Monthly service costs: €39.50 p.m.
- One-time purchase of a new sheet set + new towel set + new mattress protector: €125,-
- One-time advance payment cleaning: €200,-
- Once the reservation is confirmed on HousingAnywhere, you will be required to pay the deposit through Skip Deposit before the check-in date.
