Description:
"High-end" renovated studio in the well sought after "Blijdorp" area, perfect for expats and students who care for a safe and cozy home with all facilities for themselves. This apartment has been very well renovated with eye for style. This neighborhood is known for its relaxed atmosphere and its closeness to the city center, public transport and highways. A lot of students and starters on the housing market in Rotterdam want to live here!The studio, with it's own little separate bedroom, comes fully furnished including double bed (160x200) / dining table / couch / TV (SMART / with cable television) / fully equipped kitchen. The studio has its own toilet / bathroom / kitchen and balcony! You'll only share the washing machine (wash/dry combination) with one other studio. The studio is located on the first floor of the apartment.
Registration is possible for one person. Want to live here as a couple? Let me know and we can discuss it.
The total rent including all bills such as energy / internet / water is 1250EUR per month. A deposit equal to one months rent must be paid. A mandatory one time administration fee of 500EUR has to be paid when you move in.
We only offer short term lease contracts up to a maximum of 6 months total. The contract will not be renewed afterwards or a new contract won't be offered. Being an international student or expat is mandatory.
Location and transportation times:
- The Blijdorp metro station is only a five minute walk away (metro to Rotterdam Central station and The Hague central station leave at least every 10 minutes during peak hours).
-City center of Rotterdam is just 2KM away and still walkable after a good night out!
-To Erasmus university it'll take you 30 minutes door to door with the metro and about 20 minutes with the bike (5,5KM)
-Time to TU Delft with the metro and train is under 40 minutes (door to door).
-To The Hague Central Station or The Hague Hollands Spoor is a direct line with the metro (Randstadrail) under 40 minutes as well!!
Supermarket is located just a five minute walk away as well as all kinds of other shops.
Parking can be done on the streets in the area through a parking permit that can be applied for at city council.
