The last month rent is included in deposit.
There is no Housinganywhere system option that deposit could be paid back via the platform.
For a short rental period (less than 6 months) applicable the price adjustment 300eur p/m up, others you agreed with owner before the booking.
The registration is not acceptable for short rental term. The Government City Hall registration taxes are not including in rent.
The Housinganywhere booking including the first month rent .All further payments (rent, deposit) should be paid directly to the advertiser through bank transfer / cash, as agreed. The deposit could be paid by bank transfer and settled in advance to meet the check in moment/only by cash at the moment of check in. The deposit payment method will be the same to pay you back.
