This apartment is situated in the most prestigious quarter of The Hague and is located between the city center(15 min by tram) and the beach of Scheveningen(10 min by tram). The house was built in 1902, completely renovated at the highest level in 2018 and has an unobstructed view to a city canal, especially seen from this specific room that is located on the top floor of the house. It is provided with working space, sitting elements and a queen size bed. The whole upper floor is shared by just 2 tenants, sharing a huge, luxurious bathroom plus seperate toilet and a south facing balcony directly attached to this floor. The house is provided with all kinds of conveniences, like a japanese toilet with bottom spraying function, smart american fridge with a built-in android screen and a quooker, a fireplace-stove and a lot more!
