Description:
Beautiful room with a vibrant neighbourhoodHello Sir, Madam,
I have a beautiful room for rent fully furnished!
The rent out starts with a 3-month contract with a possible rental extension if the house-sharing is successful (usually the case) with a max of 6 months. All will be described in a rental contract as well as the address registration possibility at the Municipality of Amsterdam.
The kitchen with all the basic facilities, bathroom with a washing machine and toilet are shared.
The room is in a vibrant neighbourhood with lots of greenery, Amsterdam Geuzenveld - Slotermeer in Amsterdam.
Central Station is easily accessible by public transport. And in a 5-minute walk from the house, there is a shopping centre as well a fresh foods market with a good variation of restaurants.
I’m looking for 1 working and or studying, reliable and easy-going clean individual.
Please reply with a brief introduction and let me know your questions. Thanks in advance for your time!
Kind regards,
Sarief
