* Furnished for a rent price of 2600 euro's per month excl utilities + 120 euro's service costs per month for usage of furniture and equipment
* Beautiful evening light and sunset views through the back of the building as well as the french balcony in the front
* There is no need to organise an energy contract yourself, you can choose the supplier if you want
* Utility costs are calculated on a yearly basis (or shorter depending on your stay) and determined on actual usage using meters (water, gas, electricity).
* Traditional city centre is short bike ride away. Personally we always like to walk there.
* Parks, canals and cafes/restaurants are all walking distance (Westerpark, Erasmuspark, Jordaan)
* Pets are negotiable
