This is a co-living property that includes shared amenities such as the kitchen and bathroom. Fully furnished and equipped private room in a shared apartment! We are looking for a young working professional to join our Co-Living apartment. We offer private rooms in shared apartments fully furnished and equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, oven/microwave, cooking equipment, washing machine, dishes and bed linen. The rental price includes an advance payment for utilities such as gas, water, electricity and internet. *** The municipality tax is not included in the rent. This will be calculated by the municipality and costs roughly EUR 15.00 per month*** *** ID card and proof of income will be requested by the landlord after the booking. - The demographic booking this property primarily consists of students and young professionals. - Please be informed that move-in arrangements cannot be accommodated on weekends or public holidays. Consequently, the check-in will be rescheduled for the next available business day. It's important to note that this change will not affect the price or rental period. The rental agreement will always commence on the 1st of a month and conclude at the end of the month. - An unlimited rental agreement will be signed directly with the landlord after the booking.
