The houseboat is a long studio apartment of about 50 m2, fully equipped with drinking water, electricity, gas and internet. The entrance has a little bridge with a small table and two chairs. Additionally, the entire roof terrace of the house is accessible with a ladder and has a long-chair. The houseboat has a wide window in the living-room looking out onto the canal and two roof-lights. The house has 1 queen bed, 1 table, 6 Panton chairs, 1 Swan chair and 1 small couch. The house also has a gas fireplace. High quality bedding provided.

The houseboat was renovated in January 2020 (outside) and November 2020 (inside).
