Description:
Discover the comfort of living in a well furnished and fully equipped bright central one bedroom 2nd floor level apartment nestled in the old south neighbourhood of Amsterdam around the corner from Museumplein and Vondelpark and close to the Amstel River. The apartment is accessible by two flights of stairs and a shared hallway. There is a good layout with an open concept living/kitchen/dining room with a street-view in the front and one bedroom with en-suite bathroom at the back of the house. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (160x200cm) with French doors leading to a balcony.
The bathroom is a sanctuary of its own - spacious and gets lots of daylight through multiple windows with variable lighting to make it as cozy as you like – you can choose between a walk in shower or a two person soaking tub. Everything is new and modern!
There is a separate living room with a very large comfortable sofa and a smart-TV. At the back of the apartment is a modern fully equipped eat in kitchen with a large designer table for 6 persons.
We will consider pets on request in the apartment.

The neighborhood
The neighbourhood is Amsterdam-Zuid - a safe family-oriented residential neighbourhood in the center of the city
you are encased by the Amstel River, Museum Square and not far from . It’s considered to be an upscale neighbourhood with restaurants and bars catering to locals. There is a lovely market on Saturdays nearby Zuidermarkt behind the Concertgebouw building. The amsterdam institution – Restaurant Loetje attracts locals for the famous Dutch steak – we recommend oyu try it.
Nearby you will find wide avenues and greenery of the famous Vondelpark (20 minute walk) and Museumplein – home of the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum and Stedelijk.

Although you are also within easy access to public transportation, Amsterdam’s key attractions and daily activities are just a short walk or bike away.
