Amsterdam Zuidas is only 2 miles away, or 9 minutes on the tram - from here you are moments away from popular destinations like Museumplein, Vondelpark, Oud-Zuid, the 9 streets and so forth. Amsterdam Central Station is only 30 minutes by tram and metro.

We also offer tenants the possibility to register with the municipality.
The above rates exclude city tax of € 4,45 per person per night applicable for adults from 18 years above. If the guest registers at the municipality of Amstelveen within 2 weeks, the city tax will be waived, on the condition that a proof of registration is provided.
