In-Mentis Integrative Psychology: A mind-body approach to your mental health
In-Mentis Integrative Psychology consists of an international team of qualified professionals who takes a whole-person approach to mental health. Instead of just addressing the symptoms, In-Mentis tries to locate and address the root cause of the problem as well as any factors that might be maintaining it.
They do this by creating comprehensive and personalised assessments and treatments that take into account both the mind and body.
To ensure that the treatment is as effective and efficient as possible, they draw on evidence-based methodologies and combine classical techniques with more innovative approaches.

Gut-Brain Axis: An innovative approach to mental health
The gut microbiota consists of the trillions of little microbes in our gut and they have been associated with many processes, including hormonal balance, managing cholesterol, immune function, and communication with the brain. There is increasing evidence showing that unhealthy or imbalanced gut microbiota can negatively impact our mood and behaviour. If there are concerns about your gut microbiota, In-Mentis can conduct an analysis and based on the results, the team’s doctor will make recommendations to help you improve your gut health.
How does it work?
After contact by email or phone, an intake session will be organised to assess your needs. This may include conducting further assessments and tests to diagnose what is going on. Following the evaluation, a personalised treatment plan will be created for you that takes into account your specific needs, goals and personal situation. Your progress will be routinely reviewed and once you have completed your treatment plan, you will be offered follow-up sessions to ensure that the progress is maintained.
To offer clients flexibility, In-Mentis does not work from a fixed base and instead offers online sessions or face-to-face sessions at several locations in the Randstad. They also have a flexible agenda that tries to best accommodate your preferences in terms of time and location.
