Customer Support Representative | German & Dutch

As a Customer Support Representative, you would be responsible for supporting international customers with technical and administrative queries. You are also in touch with various technicians to schedule and arrange delivery and installation of the product. Here are your specific responsibilities:
- Solving technical and non-technical customer questions by phone or e-mail;
- Maintaining internal database;
- Supporting your colleagues in Germany;
- Scheduling delivery and training at international customers;
Requirements:
To be successful in this position, an enthusiastic and solution-oriented mentality is important, as is a friendly demeanor. Being proactive and structured are also key for this role. Here are some hard requirements:
- Highly professional German and Dutch level (C1), and basic proficiency in English is important for internal communication.
- Affinity with technology, or the willingness to learn;
- 1+ years of Customer Support experience (B2B);
