Backoffice Teamlead

As a Backoffice Teamlead you will be responsible for:
- You lead a team of approximately 20 administrative and customer service employees
- Make sure the client receives the expected quality and be available for possible trouble shooting
- Develop the employees within the backoffice
- Think about process improvements and implement them
- Generate reports and control priorities based on these reports
Requirements:
What do we expect of a Backoffice Teamlead:
- 3 to 5 years experience within a similar position
- Experience within a logistics organisation
- You are confident using English as well verbal as written
