Our client is looking for a proactive and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to support the Dutch market. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries and complex cases across various platforms, ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms.
- Investigate customer issues on platforms like Amazon and eBay, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Manage escalated cases from the first-line team, addressing more complex problems.
- Perform administrative tasks related to sales platforms and maintain service levels.
- Collaborate with colleagues in online meetings to stay connected and aligned.
- Monitor and respond to emails within agreed service level timelines.
Requirements:
- Proficient in both German and English (written and spoken).
- Strong experience in customer interaction, with excellent communication skills.
- Tech-savvy, with confidence in using computers and MS Office.
- Enthusiastic personality and customer-focused mindset.
- Able to travel to the Venlo office once per month.
- Must reside within one hour travelling distance from Venlo.
