- Obtain and archive all process related documents
- Client contact via phone and email
- Order management
- Administrative tasks such as (entering,adjusting Data through ERP System)
- Contact with several departments such as warehouse and IT
Requirements:
- Responsible, flexible and precise
- Available for 36-40 hours per week
- Good with Microsoft Excel and administrative tasks
- You have experience in a similar position with logistics administration
- Your English is professional
- Preferably you speak dutch as well
