Join our client as an experienced Senior Inside Sales and play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Manager while enhancing their sales operations. With a focus on minimizing administrative tasks and driving digitalization, you’ll help shape their future in the market!
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager on new sales plans and their execution. Mainly Upsell possibilities and how to increase sales within the 200 smaller accounts.
- Actively contribute ideas for process improvements and digital transformations.
- Serve as the primary contact for the sales team in the Sales Manager’s absence.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts with daily engagement.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.
- Analyze product groups for our upcoming E-commerce initiative.
Requirements:

- Several years of experience in a customer facing role (Inside Sales, Order Management, Customer Service, Sales)
- Fluency in English and B2-C2 level of Dutch, German is a plus.
- Honest and straightforward communication style.
- Team-oriented mindset with no emphasis on hierarchy.
- Positive attitude, humor, and a proactive approach to challenges.
Internally a lot of Dutch is spoken, so you shouldn't be afraid to speak Dutch with your colleagues and be open to further improve your language skills. Additionally a car is needed to get to the company since the role is mainly on-site. After the onboarding one day from home is discussable.
Salary Benefits:
