Technical Customer Service Representative (ENG - FR)

- Provide remote technical support and other service.
- Answering customer inquiries (mainly by e-mail) with additional documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders such as distributors, technical service providers and colleagues from sales and marketing, CS, product service and R&D.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and French, oral and written.
- Ideally at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Affinity with Windows OS, device connectivity, network design and supportability
- Strong communication skills
- Customer centric thinking
