Warehouse Operative | English & Polish

One of our clients, a distributor of electrical products and services, is currently searching for several Warehouse Operatives join their team in Middenmeer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of their warehouse facilities by receiving, storing, and distributing goods, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records. Because of the location of our client, one of the requirements for the position is to live in or near Middenmeer. Having a driver’s license and prior experience with operating a forklift is also a must.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Receiving incoming shipments and verifying their contents against purchase orders.
• Unloading and loading goods safely and storing items in designated warehouse locations.
• Picking and packing orders accurately and preparing them for shipment.
• Conducting regular stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse at all times.
• Following health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Ideally, you have previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
• You have a driver’s license and prior experience of operating a forklift.
• You live in or near Middenmeer.
• You speak English fluently. If you speak Polish, that is a big plus.
• You have the ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding role.
• You have a strong attention to detail and accuracy and you are known for your excellent communication and teamwork skills.
