Our client is an international Pharmaceutical company with an office in Amsterdam and on behalf of them, we are looking for a Supply Chain NPI Project Manager for a 1-year. 

The Supply Chain NPI Project Manager EMEA ensures the successful execution of projects like new product introductions (NPI), tech transfers, and lifecycle management, acting as the Supply Chain Business Partner to manage risks, align cross-functional teams, and support business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage operational readiness for NPI, tech transfers, and lifecycle activities.
• Own supply timelines, align teams, mitigate risks, and prioritize actions.
• Act as the Supply function representative in cross-functional and leadership meetings.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor demand, supply, and inventory plans, leading mitigation efforts.
• Drive process enhancements for better project management outcomes.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Essential: Bachelor's degree, 2-4 years in supply chain project management in pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies. Fluent in English.
• Desirable: Master’s degree, European languages, certifications (Project Management, APICS).

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Essential: Independent, adaptable, proactive, and skilled in negotiation and communication. Strong cross-cultural teamwork and supply chain expertise.
• Desirable: Awareness of market trends and strategic management challenges.

OFFER, CONTRACT & WAY OF WORKING
It will be a 1-year contract via Adams Recruitment with no prospect for extension. This role is for 24-32h/w and you are expected to be in the Amsterdam office for at least once a week. We need somebody who is available immediately.
