Customer Service Logistics

  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers and suppliers regarding order management, delivery scheduling, and shipment tracking
  • Coordinate with logistics partners, carriers, and freight forwarders to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of goods
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock availability across all warehouse locations
  • Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to provide timely and accurate information to customers and suppliers
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimise logistics operations and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • An HBO or WO diploma in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service and logistics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems
