Inside Sales | French

The sales department handles the global sales of our products. The team includes six Area Sales Managers and a General Sales Manager, supported by an inside sales team of six employees based in Sliedrecht, The Netherlands, and Celles-sur-Durolle, France. This position is based in Celles-sur-Durolle, France. We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join us as an Inside Sales Employee.
• You will manage several markets, including France, and provide support to the Area Sales Managers.• You will maintain daily communication with customers via phone or email, addressing all their inquiries accurately.• You will create quotations, process orders, and actively collaborate with customers to meet their needs.• As a key point of contact within our department, you will keep Area Sales Managers and potentially other departments informed about customer developments.

Requirements:

• A completed University of Applied Sciences (HBO)-level education in a commercial field.• At least 6 years of experience in a similar commercial role.• A customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.• Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written. This is a strict requirement.• Comfortable with software and quick to adapt; experience with SAP is a plus.• Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.• Detail-oriented, precise, organized, and results-driven.

Salary Benefits:
