Order Management Specialist

- Provide day to day support to our customers with questions via email or phone according to the internal Service Levels;
- Assist the clients with information about their orders;
- Order entry of incoming enquiries;
- Follow up with internal functions;
- Follow up on complaints and include internal stake holders.
- Collaborate with Sales on customer expectations.
- Collaborate with our suppliers and carriers
- Collaborate with our Warehouses in Germany and France.
Requirements:

- HBO Degree with 2-5 years experiences within similar position;
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication;
- Self-motivated with high productivity skills;
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills;
- ERP experience;
- Ability to generate and implement process improvement ideas;
- Analytical skill set;
- Ability to accept direction and meet deadlines;
