Operations Manager Airfreight

• Managing daily operations;
• Coach your Team Leaders;
• Define, implement and follow-up Departmental Roadmap together with the team leaders;
• Monitor and ensure the enforcement of procedures like, Security, Compliance, HR,Accounting, Financial, Legal and quality;
• Continuously optimise working processes including review on SOP's;
• Identify business development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor's or Master degree;
• Minimum of 5 year's experience in similar working environment;
• Minimum of 3 year's experience in managing and developing team members;
• Strong management skills and able to motivate decisions based on facts and knowledge;
• Outgoing personality, who remains positive in all situations;
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate on different levels;
• Fluent in both Dutch and English.
