  • Together with the colleagues of our Operations/Time Critical Desk team, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all assignments of our global (business)customers.
  • As an Operations Employee you have contact with all parties involved by telephone and e-mail; think of the customers themselves, (customs clearance) agents, airlines, etc.
  • You take care of the monitoring of the agreed deadlines.

Requirements:

  • You must be able to submit a Certificate of Conduct
  • Willingness to work in a dayshift from Monday to Friday 10:00- 19:00 with 1 hour break.
  • Good command of both the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written. The working language of the Special Desk is largely English, so limited knowledge of Dutch is also possible.
  • Work experience is not necessary (so starters on the labor market are also welcome). However, we are looking for someone who is willing to enter an intensive learning process under the guidance of the supervisor and colleagues (so "in-house").
