Interim Technology Expert - HR

For a leading Dutch multinational organization we are looking for an Interim Technology Expert who is going to play a key role in data migration, privacy compliance, and IT coordination within the HR & Corporate Affairs domain. Do you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role working on HR systems? And are you available on short notice? Among your repsonsibilities:

• Data Migration & Privacy: Lead the migration from a local Health & Safety system to a new globlal platform and address privacy concerns related to patient data archiving for a specific region.




• SAP & IT Coordination: Oversee local SAP applications and conduct security & privacy assessments for new tools.




• Technology Strategy & Innovation: Develop and implement an HR technology roadmap, selecting and deploying tools to optimize processes.




• Operational Oversight: Manage BAU activities, including system maintenance, upgrades, and incident handling.




• Security & Compliance: Ensure all technology initiatives align with the company's security and data protection policies.

A challenging full time position, starting asap till June 2025. For zzp, the hourly rate is around €85. There's also the possibility of a flex contract via us, in which case an attractive salary applies.

Requirements:

Your Profile:

* BSc/MSc in IT, Business, or a related field;
* 5+ years in a technology role with experience in project management and IT implementations.
* Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business needs.
* Familiarity with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ServiceNow, or DocuSign is a plus.
* Knowledge of security & compliance regulations.
* Fluent in English.
