Focused on bringing joy to children, our client is a toy manufacturer associated with some major brands around the world. They're looking for a sales support specialist to join the support team of 5 people. In this role, you will provide support to the European Sales Team in Amsterdam, ensuring that the full range of services is provided to the customers. If you have 2+ years of experience in sales support, preferably within FMCG, then you’re the profile we’re looking for!
Main Responsibilities:
- Order and shipping management for EU customers
- Support the sales, operations and leadership teams
- Provide insight to process improvements within the company
- Work closely with B2B customers to provide commercial, logistics and sales information
- Keep an accurate record of sales orders, deliveries, and other information
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience providing sales support, preferably within FMCG
- Independent and proactive worker
- Excellent communication skills in English & Dutch
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Strong multitasking skills
