This role is fully remote; however, residency in the Netherlands and fluency in Dutch is a requirement

Our client, a French key player in providing specialized solutions for dental and medical professionals, is on the lookout for an Outside Sales Representative to bolster their market presence within The Netherlands. Fluency in Dutch is a must for this role. In this role, you will be required to be on the road at least 4 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster sales growth within their clientele in the dental and medical sectors by offering top-tier, highly esteemed, exclusive products to meet the allocated area's budget targets.
  • Acquire and retain customers.
  • Conduct market analysis to uncover new opportunities.
  • Prepare quotations and process orders adhering to sales policies (discounts, margins, and volumes).
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct competitive analysis.
  • Represent the company at various business events (such as exhibitions, conferences, courses, and dental faculties).
  • Plan customer visits.
  • Develop effective sales arguments in collaboration with superiors.
  • Regularly report activities through CRM.
  • Participate in company meetings.
  • Provide proactive feedback from the field and assist in potential marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Dutch
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales
  • Commercial mindset
  • You should be able to work independently
  • 80% of the time you would need to travel (In The Netherlands only)
