For our client, we are seeking a German-speaking Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be a key driver of the company's international growth and expansion. Specializing in medical devices, first aid, and emergency products, the company is committed to making a difference when every second counts. To achieve this goal, they need someone who can build strong connections with potential clients. Excellent communication skills in a commercial setting are essential.
As a Sales Consultant, you will work alongside your colleagues in the sales team to drive the sales of medical devices, first aid, and emergency products across Europe, with a primary focus on German-speaking markets. Your responsibilities will include attracting new partnerships with potential clients while strengthening and maintaining relationships with existing ones. With a strategic mindset and a passion for growth, your goal is to expand market share and pave the way for long-term success.
Responsibilities:
- Using your strong analytical skills, you will assess clients’ needs and market demands to strengthen your sales position;
- Managing clients and products in the webshop;
- Creating and following up on newsletters with the team;
- Actively searching for and proactively approaching new clients;
- Managing the full sales lifecycle, including drafting proposals and following up with clients;
- Occasionally visiting clients or attending trade fairs.
Requirements:
- Business fluent in German and English. Understanding of Dutch is an advantage;
- Bachelor-level work and thinking;
- Strong sense of responsibility and a genuine drive for sales;
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with different stakeholders;
- Energetic, proactive, and results-driven;
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar commercial position;
- Someone energetic, enthusiastic, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills;
