For one our clients, a leading brand in the beauty industry, known for creating high-quality, professional-grade beauty tools, we are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join their team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will be the key to building strong, lasting relationships with both existing and new salon partners in the Noord-Brabant region. Your mission will be to manage and build the relationship with current partners as well as onboard new salon one and give them guidance on how to promote and use our client's products on a day-to-day basis. This is a fully remote position where you will be spending most of your time visiting current partners and prospecting new ones. Having a driver's license and being based in the Noord-Brabant region is therefore a must. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the Ambassador: Spend most of your time (90%) visiting salons, cultivating meaningful relationships, and guiding salons to success with our client's products. You’ll introduce new products, promote existing ranges, and support salons in maximizing their retail and social media strategies.
  • Drive Sales & Growth: Exceed KPIs by converting leads into loyal salon partners and strategically expanding your client base.
  • Implement Brand Strategy: Ensure that every interaction with salons embodies the high-quality standards of our client's brand.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work alongside the Marketing, Finance, and Education teams to offer solutions that meet the unique needs of our client's partners.
  • Work Smart: Manage your schedule, track your performance, and report progress on a weekly basis. Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid role—90% fieldwork, 10% admin from home.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 1 year in B2B sales, ideally within the beauty industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial and adaptable, with the ability to own your territory and drive results.
  • Passion: A genuine love for beauty and a drive to help salons shine with our innovative products.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both Dutch and English.
  • License: A valid, unrestricted driving license.
  • Salary: €3,300.00 EUR - €3,650.00 EUR
