Purchase Assistant

  • Process orders from the customers in SAP
  • Check requested products stock availability and communicate with Contract Officers if any limited availability
  • Ensure that the warehouses partners are preparing and shipping orders on requested date
  • Have visibility on potential delays
  • Proactively identify and pre-empt problems such as anticipating stock shortages
  • Clear communication to stakeholders
  • Check and approve invoices related to warehousing, custom clearance, and sales to plants

Requirements:

  • Professional Level (Bsc)
  • Minimum of 3 years (purchasing) assistant experience
  • Experience in the FMCG market is a pré
  • Solid knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Fluent in English and any other European language is a pré
  • Strong in networking and relationship with internal and external people
  • You work in a structured way and don`t miss any details
