Purchase Assistant

- Process orders from the customers in SAP
- Check requested products stock availability and communicate with Contract Officers if any limited availability
- Ensure that the warehouses partners are preparing and shipping orders on requested date
- Have visibility on potential delays
- Proactively identify and pre-empt problems such as anticipating stock shortages
- Clear communication to stakeholders
- Check and approve invoices related to warehousing, custom clearance, and sales to plants
Requirements:
- Professional Level (Bsc)
- Minimum of 3 years (purchasing) assistant experience
- Experience in the FMCG market is a pré
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Fluent in English and any other European language is a pré
- Strong in networking and relationship with internal and external people
- You work in a structured way and don`t miss any details
