Jr Planning Executive

• Ensure our factory in Rozenburg and our European tolling sites are supplied with feedstock in line with business requirements
• Manage the inbound planning of our oleochemicals in bulk to ensure customer demand is met
• Prepare the periodical forecast cycle and follow up on contract execution
• Be the counterpart for Sales on availability of products & To Sell position
• Arrange the monthly wish list to Singapore for the various products we import/sell
• Manage stock inventory (tolling in SAP & month end reconciliation)
• Ensure the invoices of our tolling partners are correct
• Assist in the master planning where necessary & relevant
• Communicate with HQ in Singapore on bulk shipments (trading, planning & logistics)
• Liaise & cooperate with the CSL depts on forecasts, pre-loading, backlog, supply chain issues & constraints
• Liaise & cooperate with the OPS dept. on tank management, logistics, blending & allocation of stocks
• Enter and follow up complaint/non-conformities and provide corrective and preventive action on NCIP tool
• Ensure available storage capacities are utilized as agreed and prevent storage capacity shortage

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in the field of Supply Chain/Logistics Management or similar
• 2-5 years' experience in a similar position
• Good communication skills in English and preferably Dutch or other European languages
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications. Especially knowledge of Excel is a must
• Experience of working in an international environment and in a production/trading company
• Experienced in materials management activities
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Knowledge & feeling for planning & forecasting of bulk products for production and commercial purposes
• Knowledge of specific contract terms for Oleochemicals (FOSFA & NOFOTA) has a preference
