CSR Supply Chain

- Keep track of all orders and inform the associated customers about the current status of the orders. In addition, you also try to meet all expectations that are asked by the customer
- You are the first point of contact for all customers with regard to all questions about orders, statuses and product forms
- Direct collaboration with Supply Chain Planners, S&OP planners and asset planners
- Coordination of the entire supply chain process
- Responsible for all administrative processing and the preparation of supply chain orders
- Actively working on process improvements by sharing best practices with other offices and colleagues
- Participate in internal and external audits, identify areas for improvement and make recommendations
Requirements:
- You have completed a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management, Logistics or Supply Chain
- If you have 1-3 years of experience in a B2B position as Customer Service Representative it would be a pre
- You have experience within an international environment or can manage yourself in such an environment
- Excellent knowledge the English language and an additional language (German is pre)
- Good knowledge of the MS office package (especially Excel) is a pre as well
- Good SAP knowledge
- You have good communication skills and you are also analytical and solution-oriented
