In the Customer Service part of the job the main responsibilities entail:
- You are the contact person internally as well as externally
- Building relations with customers
- Taking care of the corresponding with clients
- Make sure all customer related files are up to date
- You are experienced with SAP, MDP and Sales force
The supervisor responsibilities (which is 0,2 FTE part of the job), consist of:
- Being in contact with the co workers and be a support for them
- Take care of the sick leaves
- Organise team meetings and team building events
- Take care of the schedules
Requirements:
- You have a bachelor work and thinking level
- You are fluent in English and French
- You have a drivers license
- You have experience with SAP, Microsoft Office and MDP
- You are flexible and able to work independently
Salary Benefits:
