In the Customer Service part of the job the main responsibilities entail:

  • You are the contact person internally as well as externally
  • Building relations with customers
  • Taking care of the corresponding with clients
  • Make sure all customer related files are up to date
  • You are experienced with SAP, MDP and Sales force

The supervisor responsibilities (which is 0,2 FTE part of the job), consist of:

  • Being in contact with the co workers and be a support for them
  • Take care of the sick leaves
  • Organise team meetings and team building events
  • Take care of the schedules

Requirements:

  • You have a bachelor work and thinking level
  • You are fluent in English and French
  • You have a drivers license
  • You have experience with SAP, Microsoft Office and MDP
  • You are flexible and able to work independently

Salary Benefits:
