Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision & Product Direction: Define and continuously refine our product vision and strategy in the mobile space, grounded in a deep understanding of user needs and industry trends.
- User-Centric Product Research: Conduct and synthesize research to understand user behaviors and emerging technologies. Use insights to guide the team’s focus toward high-impact opportunities that will elevate Swisscom’s mobile experience.

- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a strategic product role, particularly in digital transformation or within the mobile domain, preferably within an Agile environment.
- Expertise in Kubernetes & DevOps/GitOps: Bring extensive knowledge in Kubernetes and DevOps/GitOps principles to support a modern, resilient infrastructure. Leverage these practices to ensure that our systems are scalable, secure, and efficient, aligning technical operations with product objectives.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable requirements.
- Strong expertise in product research and discovery, with a commitment to creating user-centered products.
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, aligning diverse perspectives, and advocating for the product vision.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working with autonomous teams, fostering trust, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to validating assumptions and making strategic decisions.
- Autonomy & Ownership: Shape the future of mobile experiences at Swisscom, driving decisions that directly impact users and the business.
