Credit Controller

- Manage and monitor credit control processes, ensuring timely payments from customers;
- Conduct credit checks on new customers and review credit limits for existing customers;
- Investigate and resolve any payment discrepancies or issues;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information;
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders;
- Develop and implement improvements to credit control processes;
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on credit control activities;
- Provide support to other finance and accounting functions as necessary.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in credit control;
- Strong knowledge of credit control processes and best practices;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
