In this part-time IT Assistant role you will support the development and implementation of technology solutions across various business processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analyzing and optimizing business processes using ERP systems and other IT tools.
  • Support the development and implementation of automation solutions to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including logistics and finance, to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions.
  • Participate in IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Help monitor and analyze IT performance data to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • In this position, you will also work closely with an external IT company to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient execution of IT solutions.

When applying for this role, please note that it is a part-time position requiring up to 20 hours per week.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL), and data analysis tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to learning and adapting.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Interest in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Additional Experience: Relevant coursework or internships in IT or process optimization are a plus.
