Customer Service Representative

- Processing export documentation, invoices and other shipments
- Ensuring that all invoices and other documents are correct
- Enter all orders clearly, correctly and on time in the system
- Understanding and processing the required export documents; including proformas, invoices and other shipments
- Plan shipments, collaborate with the warehouse and manage forwarders to resolve any issues
- Act as a liaison between the customer and the various departments regarding orders and production
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience
- Experience with order processing, customer service and shipping
- Strong administrative background
- Familiar with the use of Incoterms 2020
- Is familiar with different payment terms. This includes payment for delivery, documentary collection and letters of credit
- Is service-oriented, can work well together and is structured
- Mastery of the French language is a plus
