For our client, we are looking for a hands-on and proactive Commercial Operations Coordinator to support a rapidly expanding business unit within the beverage sector, which includes alcoholic products. This division has already proven its success over the past few years and is now entering an exciting phase of accelerated growth. You’ll have the rare opportunity to contribute from the ground up during this crucial stage.
In this diverse support role, you’ll be the operational backbone of the team. You will oversee the full order-to-delivery process, maintain communication with customers, and coordinate closely with logistics partners and the finance department. You'll work directly with the head of this business unit, ensuring tight and effective alignment through a well-organized and focused workflow.
What will you be doing?
- Managing the full administrative process related to orders — from procurement to final sales documentation.
- Coordinating inventory control, production or repackaging instructions, and delivery scheduling.
- Ensuring smooth communication and alignment across departments such as Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, and Finance — for example, confirming stock availability, resolving discrepancies, or aligning on timelines.
- Taking initiative to streamline workflows and contribute to more efficient and scalable processes — such as simplifying order handling or optimizing internal coordination.
- Acting with autonomy, making informed decisions, and taking full ownership of your responsibilities.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience with a vocational background) — recent graduates are welcome.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and comfortable working with digital tools.
- A flexible attitude toward working hours when needed.
- A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
- 32-40 hours per week availability. Full time is preferred.
- Great communication skills in both French and English; Dutch is a plus.
- You live a reasonable commuting distance from the Roosendaal area
