Team Lead Customer Success

• You ensure that every client is contacted and their needs covered by your team
• You supervise that the orders are processed correctly by your team, and that every order is followed up for the best experience of the clients
• You are the point of contact of your colleagues in the other departments that ensures efficiency
• You identify development possibilities within the team by conducting evaluations, and you will take action to bring the best of them
• You are open to help your team when the workload is too heavy for them

Requirements:

• MBO+ education level
• At least 4 years of relevant experience
• You have perfect organisational skills, you know how to prioritise and have an eye for detail
• You are communicative and a team player
• You have excellent command of the Dutch and English language
• You you how to use MS Office and MS Dynamics AX is a pro

Salary Benefits:

You will get a contract directly with our client for 12 months, after which a permanent contract can be opted based on performance. You will work in a growing office with nice colleagues, nice and modern. There is a bus stop near the office, but you can also reach it with a car (they provide parking). They also have company bikes available in the nearest train station for you to reach the office easily.

The team of Customer Success consist of 2 employees who will maintain channels of communication for different business models of the company. You will make sure everything runs smoothly with the other departments such as logistics, sales or procurement, and that clients are happy to work with the organisation to ensure new business.
