Artwork Project Manager (Graphics) - Temporary

We are looking for an Artwork Project Manager (Graphics) - Temporary. In this role, you will be part of the team that's responsible for managing innovations (or other product changes) from the development of products to the planning and delivery of them on our customer shelves.

Then I would like to get in touch with you!In this role of Graphic Chain Manager, you will work closely together with the (Senior) Project Managers and Marketing leads and your responsibility is to coordinate the artwork creation and approval through all phases for the different product categories. Hereby securing that all artworks are delivered on time, within quality and cost. Your scope will be Benelux.

Your responsibilities will include:

• You are the number one contact for all artwork-related topics for all parties involved (eg, Pre Media-Agency, Global Artwork team, Brand Managers, Project Managers and Approvers);




• You oversee and manage all artwork projects for Benelux;




• Coordinate the artwork creation and approval through all phases: From design to delivery of the files to printer;




• Prepare, maintain, and guard artwork planning for all projects in scope and rework and reprioritize in case required;




• Advise and assist in technical printing topics (during Pre-Production Meetings, print trials and color proofing);




• Own and optimize the local artwork process; hereby following up on KPIs and performance and adjusting the process if needed;




• Overseeing the project pipeline, resource tracking and reporting to internal and global stakeholders;




• Train all local users/stakeholders on the artwork process.

The position is for approximately 3 months from 10/02/2025 - 09/05/2025. For self-employed persons, the hourly rate is around €80, in case of a flex contract via us, an attractive salary applies.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (eg, Product Design, Graphical Design) and a proven track record of at least 3 years in Artwork Management or a similar role;
* Experience in working with prepress agencies and printers (eg, Knowledge of terminology, processes, and technical background around basics of colors and printing);
* Project Management experience and knowledge are highly valued;
* A structured planner with a great eye for detail;
* Besides networking and communication skills you are strong in stakeholder management;
* Fluent in English and French or Dutch;
* Living in the Netherlands and eligible to work in the Netherlands.
