As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for the efficient handling of customer affairs and supporting the sales team.

  • Efficiently handle order processing and follow-ups to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
  • Provide prompt assistance to customers via phone and email, addressing their requests effectively.
  • Assist Account Managers and the Sales Director in the French market with various tasks.
  • Keep the customer and prospect database updated with accurate and current information.
  • Oversee your assigned customer portfolio and work towards achieving set sales targets.
  • Conduct outreach through phone calls and emails to identify and engage new prospects in French-speaking markets.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers and potential clients to strengthen relationships.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Focus on delivering quality service aimed at converting prospects into loyal, long-term customers.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and customer relations
  • Proficiency in French and English; Italian is a plus
  • MBO+ level education or equivalent
  • Team player
  • Autonomous and self-starter
  • Determined and ambitious
