As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for the efficient handling of customer affairs and supporting the sales team.
- Efficiently handle order processing and follow-ups to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Provide prompt assistance to customers via phone and email, addressing their requests effectively.
- Assist Account Managers and the Sales Director in the French market with various tasks.
- Keep the customer and prospect database updated with accurate and current information.
- Oversee your assigned customer portfolio and work towards achieving set sales targets.
- Conduct outreach through phone calls and emails to identify and engage new prospects in French-speaking markets.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers and potential clients to strengthen relationships.
- Provide expert guidance and support to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Focus on delivering quality service aimed at converting prospects into loyal, long-term customers.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and customer relations
- Proficiency in French and English; Italian is a plus
- MBO+ level education or equivalent
- Team player
- Autonomous and self-starter
- Determined and ambitious
